Exclusive concert series in the White Hall - summer night sounds at the court

While the palace gardens are in bloom in summer, the Berlin Residence Orchestra invites you to an exclusive series of concerts in an intimate atmosphere in the White Hall in the New Wing of Charlottenburg Palace from June 2021 - in whose light ambience you will find summer garden art.

Let yourself be enchanted by the chamber ensemble of the Berlin Residence Orchestra, which brings works by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Joseph Haydn and Luigi Boccherini to bloom for you.

Mozart's Divertimento in D major is inspired by the zest for life and lightness that still lingered in him after a trip to Italy. The dominant color tone of the royal hall of white, delicate green, rose and gold carries the freshness of the composition into the bright room.

In the exclusive concert series of the Berlin Residence Orchestra, you can also experience Haydn's String Quartet in G minor, Op. 74 No. 3 - the "Reiterquartett". Although Haydn was not particularly comfortable with riding after falling from his horse, he still composed a string quartet with this epithet, which impresses with its expressiveness and originality.

You will be enchanted by the string quartet in C major op.2 No. 6 by Luigi Boccherini, which was composed in 1761 before his emigration from Italy and is still free of influences from Paris or Spain.

Enjoy the concert in an exclusive atmosphere with all your senses and immerse yourself in a musical summer night.
