Ticket shop Berliner Residenz concerts

You can order and pay for tickets for the residency concerts online via our shop (by credit card or Paypal). You will receive the cards directly by email after successful payment.

EVENTIM

Alternatively, you can also find our concerts on the ticket platform EVENTIM.de If necessary, EVENTIM also offers to send tickets in printed form. You can also purchase your tickets at the well-known ticket offices.

Third Party

You can also purchase tickets for our concerts on reputable third-party platforms. Classictic, GetYourGuide, Viator and many more.

The purchased tickets can be presented in printed form or digitally (e.g. on a smartphone, tablet) to the evening staff for inspection upon entry. The box office opens 1 hour before the event. Tickets can be purchased online in our shop or at EVENTIM.de up to 30 minutes before the event.

Tickets are offered in categories A, B and C for the Berlin Residence concerts. In our shop, the location of the respective category can be seen on a seating plan.

On site, our evening service will assign you a seat in the category you have booked.

If you have booked your ticket directly through Berliner Residenz Konzerte (either online or by phone), you can pick up your ticket at the respective venue approximately 30 minutes before the event. If you booked your card through Groupon, Viator, Classictic, Expedia or other third-party providers, you can present it directly at the entrance to the dinner/concert. The voucher is enough to grant you entry to the Berlin Residence concerts. We accept paper tickets and e-tickets.

Children up to 4 years of age receive free entry without the right to their own seat

Children up to the age of 14* = 50%

Pupils/students/trainees* = 20%

The registered companion of people with physical disabilities receives free entry to the concert*

*Appropriate proof must be presented upon entry

Paid parking spaces are available at Charlottenburg Palace. For the navigation device you can enter “Parking lot P1 – Charlottenburg Palace, Spanndauer Damm 24, 14059 Berlin”.
